A 360º bartender refers to any industry professional who has been part of every aspect of hospitality.

 

From a bar back position in high volume venues to a waiter, junior bartender, event organizer, head bartender, and bar manager.

From catering companies to restaurants and clubs and further down the road to cocktail bars and hotel bars.

In order to build experience and knowledge in every aspect of this industry, and gain a complete set of skills.

When we create we do it from all the knowledge and expertise we gained over the years.

Andrei Talapanescu

Entree Best Bartender in Netherlands 2019

Patron Perfectionist 2019 Benelux Winner

And former Head Bartender at Pulitzer's Bar

Part of the bar industry since 2009, Andrei started his Amsterdam journey at the House of Bols and Bols Bartending Academy. During this time he took part in several training modules and activations under the Bols umbrella, including organizing events such as Sensation White.

Over the years he has been involved with the re-opening of a high-volume Mexican restaurant, opening a club, and managing Feijoa, a high-volume cocktail bar in the center of Amsterdam.

At Pulitzer, he led the bar for over 5 and a half years, winning Best Classic Hotel Bar, and Best Hotel Bar the year after, and in 2019 Gault Millau awarded Pulitzer with the Best Cocktail Bar in the Netherlands.

Daniel Petcu

Daniel spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and worked in various markets.

He rose through the ranks facing all possible positions, from bar back to club manager and later business owner.

For the past 6 years, he focused on developing his own cocktail catering business where he offer services such as cocktail workshops and hospitality concepts to various companies including Nike, Booking.com, Nespresso, ING. Next to it, he has been working closely with Nespresso taking care of all their activations and events in The Netherlands.
